Strong terroir, high acidity, spices, energy. The typical taste of Grüner Veltliner from this particular terroir, with a touch of atypicality.
The grapes are hand-picked, gently crushed by feet and macerated with skins for 6 hours. No added yeast. Fermented and matured in Austrian acacia and Moravian oak barrels. No filtration, no fining. Zero added sulfur.
