“Skála” means rock in Czech, referring to the hard granitic tertiary subsoil on which these grapes were born. Aromatic and rocky in the best of ways! Loads of acidity and citrus vibes, great structure and length. A true terroir wine.
The grapes are hand-picked, gently crushed by feet and macerated with skins for 6 hours. No added yeast. Fermented and matured in Hungarian acacia and French oak barrels. No filtration, no fining. Zero added sulfur.
