Vintage: 2018
Grape Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon
Farming: Organic
Delicious and attractive aromas of cassis, blackberry, plum jam, vanilla and leather On the palate, the entrance is nice and balanced, with notes of vanilla, earthy, black cherry and oak. Its finish is nice, long and persistent.
Hand picked in two tiers roughly a fortnight apart the first parcel destined for apassimento (dried) the second vinified conventionally then re assembled on the blending table prior to bottling, this is a truly unique expression of cabernet.

Marion Cabernet Sauvignon
A very nice cab that pairs well with Italian cuisine, also low sulfites.. First had it in Montreal and had to search to find it in the U.S. Natural Wine is a great source.
