2019 - Syrah
Fantastically fresh and snappy aromas of cracked pepper, black raspberry, purple flowers and nori wrap show on the show-stopping nose of this bottling. There's a feathery acidity that floats across the palate, sprinkling lovely lavender, rosemary, menthol and crisp pluot flavors all the way into a delicate finish.
Undergoes whole-cluster fermentation before aging on the fine lees in neutral French oak for a year.
