2019 Montepulciano Intense and vivid cherry red color, the nose is floral, fruity (cherry and strawberry); on the palate is fresh, warm and sapid with an almond finish. Well-balanced acidity. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The grapes, after a careful selection, are de-stemmed and crushed; the skins are left in contact with the must and their indigenous yeasts for 10-15 days at a constant temperature of 77/82° F.
