As you can see from the label, this wine is made to party! Gamay sourced from the black sand terrain of Totness Valley. Dense, with a seductive red color, it smells of beautiful fertile earth, rhubarb, cherries, licorice and spices.
Wine making: carbonic maceration in whole bunches for 5 days in 2400L wooden barrels
Aging: in combination of ceramic eggs, terracotta amphorae and small barrels; then assembled at bottling. No clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
