2018 70% Carinyena, 30% Garnacha Partially de-stemmed and fermented in fiberglass tanks. Whole clusters are then added and 10 days of carbonic maceration takes place. After carbonic, grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and rested for 3 months in stainless steel. The final refinement takes place in amphora tanks for 2 months. Entire process carried out with zero additives. Natural, no added sulfites, zero additives, harvest is hand picked in several passes, very steep & rocky vineyards. Organic
