In the glass it has a beautiful dusty, brick red color with aromas of forest floor, wild cherry, red currant, roses, and pine. On the palate it is crisp, clean, with crunchy red fruit and gentle, tongue-coating tannins.
Harvest: by hand
Winemaking: whole cluster, pigéage, spontaneous fermentation in old oak with indigenous yeasts
Aging: 9 months in old oak
