Aromas of lemon peel and apple announce a fruit-forward sparkler, yet there's a bit of salty grit underneath that lends balance. It's juicy and fleshy on the palate, with playful bubbles that deliver flavors of racy citrus and tart apple. It extends nicely on the finish in a streamlined lemon tone.
