100 year old parcel of Grenache gris, blanc and noir; Granitic bedrock with sand; Destemmed with a 3 week maceration; 6 months in fut; bottled in April. Super juicy and fruity on the pallette, lots of red berries, strawberry. Medium body with a subtle but healthy amount of tannins, developed enough to stand up to milder meat dishes without strong sauces.
