A cornucopia of summer and exotic fruit notes evolve in the glass. Ripe stone fruit, quince confit, orange peel and white flowers.
From 175-year-old Moscatel vines. Hand harvested. Grapes go with their skins into the Tinajas, (clay amphoras). A spontaneous fermentation occurs with wild yeasts. The grapes are left in contact with their skins for 6-8 weeks with manual punch downs. Manual basket press and aged on their less for 1 year. Bottled by gravity without any clarification or filtration.
