Grape Varietal: Xarel-lo
Aromatic with notes of apples, honey & almonds. The light, juicy palate is a bit textured, plenty fruity, low-alcohol & totally chuggable. Get it icy cold & what could be better on a hot summer day?! Grown with minimal intervention and hand harvested in early September. 100% destemmed, fermented in a stainless steel tank with native yeasts. After the end of the fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months, one part in stainless steel tanks and the other in a used barrel with fine lees. Bottled with a slight gentle filtration. Total SO2 is 47mg/Lt.
