Sauvignon Blanc
A wine made with a very short amount of time on skins and aged in cement tanks. Not technically an orange wine but due to the time spent on skins this wine has decent structure. Intense yet an easy drinker with a good body.
Destemmed, overnight maceration, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts
