Welcome to the wilder side of your wine ventures. Uni from La Maliosa is one of the wine that is as hands off as it comes. My bottle showed a bit of volatility early on which evolved into deliciously inviting aromas upon 30 min of airing. Ripe stonefruit along volcanic minerality on the palate was super refreshing on a hot muggy day. I could see myself mulling over a controversy over a few measured sips as well. Delicate, yet packs a punch.
