2020 - Duras
Very mineral nose with spice. Wet gravel and red & black cherry are followed by a dark palate with black forest fruits a sprinkle of pepper and funk. Even though is more of a medium body, we recommend a slight chill.
Millefeuille vinification (one layer of wholecluster, one layer of destemmed grapes when filling the vat so it's build like a cake) in stead of the traditional 100% destemmed, this vintage is less rustic and more fruit forward. No added SO2.
