2018 La Clarine Farm Petit Manseng is floral on the nose with just a touch of bruised apple skin, ginger and guava. It has a long, very clean and refreshing finish. Utterly compelling and utterly delicious, this wine is electric white lightning in a bottle The grapes were whole cluster pressed into tanks. Fermentation occurred with ambient yeast and completed in spring 2018. Malolactic was only partial this time around.
