Primitivo
Spettinata, which means ‘scruffy or disheveled,’ is a play on words with “Pètillant Naturel” o PetNat, the french term for refermentation in bottle.
The fermentation of the Primitivo is spontaneous, like for its sister white wine (Trebbiano). After about 2 months of aging in tank, about 10% of fresh must is added to the wine for refermentation in bottle. We age it for another 6 months before it leaves the cellar to bring that refreshing and scruffy effervescence to your glass. A wine for the park, sunset and aperitivo; when you need bubbles with a bit more fruit. Organic

In LOVE with La Cattiva Spettinata Rosata
This wine is so delicious! It has the perfect balance of jammy sweetness and tartness, with the effervescence that accompanies it so perfectly! I'm a little obsessed with it currently:)
