2020 - Gamay
Very enjoyable easy drinking wine, very fruity and fresh with touches of spice. On the nose red fruit, violets, licorice and clove. Mouth with almost jammy red fruit, strawberry, cherry, cranberry and earth. Light/Medium body and good acidity.
Native yeasts and minimal sulfur are used in the winemaking. Whole cluster, semi-carbonic maceration for 10-12 days. The fruit is then pressed and then fermented and aged in concrete. Unfined light filtration at bottling.
