Dark cherry, violet, minerals, blackberry, earthy, cinnamon. Cherry bon-bons. Well integrated acidity, medium- tannins, dry, medium-body.
Julien Duport carries out very traditional Beaujolais vinification, hand harvested fruit, semi-carbonic in whole harvest. The fermentations do not start cold. The macerations last 15 to 18 days. The Brouillys are aged in vats until the next harvest, with a minimum of intervention.
