100% Gamay cuvée from old vines planted in 1968. Manual harvest at full maturity and controlled yields. Vinification: 100% destemmed, one week of maceration with a few punch-downs and pump overs, and matured for 15 months in old barrels. The Courtois DNA is definitely present! A natural wine without compromise. The label of this wine is a Maori design representing a dragonfly, drawn by Heidi Kuka, Julien’s partner. Unfined. Low SO2 added.
