Bosc pear & apple with a slight floral note, yet it is bone dry & slightly oxidative

There are tons minerals and spice a great acidic backbone with a very long finish

layer upon layer upon layer.

Winemaking: 6 week maceration, direct press, spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts

Aging: 12 months in neutral oak
