This is an acidic wine with soft and silky tannins, which one the nose reveals an aroma of wild red fruits and aromatic warm spices. It is a fragrant, complex, and pure red wine. Quite refreshing with a spicy white pepper finishing touch.
Fermented with ambient yeast with whole grape harvest without destemming. Aged for 15 months in used French Oak barrels. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2.
