2019 - Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat d’Alsace and Auxerrois Exotic orange, lychee, passion fruit, white flowers, yellow rose, ginger, and beeswax aroma. The wine has a fruity, spicy, ripe peach-like mellow extract with minerality, fine-lined acids and gentle tannins like black tea Finisterra is a maceration wine that does not fit the "Origin" series because it is not a single variety wine. Rather it is a complex and delightful blend. Maceration (7-8 days in each tank). Fermentation is natural fermentation for 2 to 5 weeks. Aging is 3 months in a fiber tank after assemblage of each origin. Unfined/Unfiltered, No Added SO2.
