Chardonnay
Where we’d usually expect 3-4 cuvées of Chardonnay from across the plethora of Jura vineyards from which Anne and Jean-François buy fruit, 2017’s problems were such that we’re left with just this one “miracle” wine from those vines. Expect all the usual deft fruit and structure, which are the result of patient care in the cellar.
