Jauma Fuji San Chenin Spritz is a slightly fizzy white natural wine made from 100% Chenin grapes grown in McLaren Vale, Australia, without added sulfites. Light body wine, swooshy, cleansing acids, apples and pears and a lace of minerality. Jauma produces hand crafted wines is South Australia. Owned and managed by Denise and James Erskine. The Erskines live and work in the Adelaide Hills with their children Danby and Audrey. James is honours graduate in soil chemistry and a certified sommelier.
