Riesling
This wine is part of Klein’s new Pandamonium range, for which he collaborates with very small producers to support them, in this case with a Polish winemaker in Klein’s home village of Kröv who grew the grapes for it. Klein and the grower each made one barrel and blended everything into one wine. Not your traditional Rielsing, though there notes of both honey and lemon characteristic to many iterations of the varietal, not to mention the grape's trademark acidity. It bolsters a creamy, chew, textured character and what some might refer to as "funk," offering a thought provoking and playful wine with a lingering minerality. Dry.
