Six months on skins gives a pale orange color and plenty of textural grip on the palate. Fresh Cox's Pippin and bruised apple aromas, with a saltiness. More fresh orchard fruit on the palate, with hints of stone fruits and salted nuts, fresh orange and lemon citrus, mellow, tangy, crisp. A lovely orange!
