Nice nose of floral and airy ripe white fruits with a richness specific to the terroir, rich and unctuous at the same time.
Aged for 12 months, including 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks. Grape harvest at optimum maturity. Alcoholic fermentation and then spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
