Grape Varietals:  Prugnolo Gentile and Gamay

Farming: Organic, Biodynamic

Brambly forest berries with a light body and high acidity. A little atypical but just the right amount of wild funk for "natural" wine lovers.

Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation. 6-7 days on the skins, no temperature control. Aged 7-8 months in vitrified concrete containers and Inox steel. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2.
