Exotic spice box aromas give way to orange and bergamot. With air, subtle earth and leather notes emerge. On the palate, flavors of plum, tea and tobacco vie for attention. 50% from 30-year-old vines; 50% from 20-year-old vines.
Winemaking: Fermented in small open-top tanks and then aged in French oak (12% new).
