Seductively fresh Pinot Blanc with orange zest, honeysuckle flowers, and lemongrass and a luscious texture from the bit of skin contact that we greet us like a big soft hug.
Fermentation: 24 hours skin contact, native yeasts fermentation in 300 liter oak barrels french, hungarian, styrian oak. Aging: half Startin-barrels. Aged 1 year on the lees. Unfiltered, low added SO2.
