Hand-picked grapes, destemmed and pressed. Settling for 48 hours. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast. Bottling just prior to the end of fermentation. Roughly disgorged after 3 months in bottle. Contains sediment.
Rich, vibrant violet color. Blackcurrants and dark cherry mix with smoky notes of reduction on the nose. Fresh, crisp, easy drinking, young red wine with smooth but lively acidity and a friendly spritz.
