100% Primitivo. 2015 is the first vintage of this bottling of Guttarolo's youngest vines. They grow on clay-limestone soils and are farmed organically and biodynamically. Yields are kept low and harvest is hand. The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and zero sulfur and aged in stainless steel tank; it is bottled without fining, filtration or sulfur.
