Bright and fruit-forward with energetic notes of fresh red cherry, wild strawberries, watermelon, and subtle hibiscus. Zesty and soft, featuring lively red berry flavors, pomegranate, and a hint of kiwi. It has very low tannins, crisp acidity, and refreshing minerality.
Fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, juicy primary fruit flavors. The Garnacha is fermented separately, while the rest of the blend is co-fermented.
