An intense herbal character on top of savory red fruits, licorice, and volcanic minerality. Fine tannins provide nice structure and texture. Native yeast fermented with minimal added sulfites. Mediterranean nuances of myrtle and thyme, fresh red fruits and licorice. On the palate, the wine shows the fresher side of the mineral lands on which the vines run. Fresh, savoury with fine tannin.
