2019 - Tavkveri Prickly forest strawberries with pharmaceutical herbs in the nose. Light-bodied, easy drinking with a vein of minerality. The taste is between wild berry juiciness and hibiscus-tea bitterness with a cheerful peppercorn aftertaste. Fermentation: spontaneously, In Kvevri, 7ours skin contact. Aging: In Kvevri 16 month. Unfiined/Unfiltered. No added SO2. Total Sulphite ~27mg/L.
