Bikavér (Bull's Blood) is the famous red blend from the volcanic and limestone hills of Eger in north Hungary. Titi's Bikavér Superior, based on Kékfrankos, is medium-bodied, with waxy red cherries, plum jam, and spicy green herbs on the palate. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
