Fuchs (fox) & Hase (rabbit) is a collaboration of two young winemakers Martin Arndorfer and Alwin Jurtschitsch (neither will disclose which animal represents whom), who are pushing the borders of natural winemaking in Austria to new and exciting heights. Five "volumes" of Pét-Nats are made, each representing different grape varieties and winemaking processes. #4 is made entirely of white grapes, which all see extended skin contact which is revealed both in the color and with the tannins on the palate. Perhaps the most "serious" Pét-Nat you will ever have.
