He also happens to be one of our very dear wine maker we love to represent. Beautiful raisin-ey nose with nutty oxidative tones. Light to medium body with good acidity that carries until finish. Tannin is supple, gives the wine a backbone, but never protrudes out during your sip. Long finish with delicious nutty notes, and dried dark fruits. Organic, Biodynamic.
