From one of the oldest producers of Barolo, this Barbera hits all the right notes. Beautiful aromas of dried herbs, flowers and red cherry. The palate follows suit with a hint of pepper and soft but firm tannins. The perfect amount of acidity that sure will compliment what's on your plate.
Fermentation took place over 5 days. The wine then matured in cement, followed by roughly 12 months of aging in bottle.
