Family Method refermented wine from Cantina Fermento produced from Procanico, Drupeggio, Trebbiano, Malvasia, Grechetto and Verdello grapes. Maceration for about 5 days and subsequent refermentation in the bottle with free-run must. Without adding sulfites, no fining or filtration.
