It has a beautiful violet and ruby-red color and has aromas of black cherry. On the palate it is rich, juicy and full of berries, a bit of earth and some rustic nuances. This has smooth, round tannins.
The harvest begins between the end of October and the beginning of November and is done exclusively by hand in the "Agenore" vineyard used for the production of another wine from the cellar. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts without adding any type of sulphite and without any filtration operations.
