This Ethno Saperavi wine has a deep, intense, purple color with dark tears. Rich and complex on the nose – black currant, fresh leather, plum, spicy notes and hints of dark sour chocolate. It is a full bodied wine with strong tannins and a juicy acidity with a long memorable aftertaste. It is a wine made on the natural and very old qvevri method. The grapes come from an organic vineyard. The wine does not become much purer. Organic
