Skin-contact natural orange wine from Catalonia featuring floral citrus and crisp stone fruit aromas. On the palate, it combines a light phenolic texture from Xarel·lo skin maceration with a zesty, mineral-driven core of high-elevation Parellada grapes for a clean, dry, and refreshing finish.
Grapes are hand-picked, destemmed, and fermented on the skins for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Sulfurs added minimal at bottling. Unfiltered and unfined.
