As natural as they come. A sort of farm co-op, DdG does not use any synthetic input, very little copper and at no points adds SO2. I love the fruit, the acidity, the bubbles, the small degrees. My wines are intended to accompany you from aperitif to dessert, as long as you are in good company.
Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2. Macerations in whole bunches are short compared to the standard for natural wines.
