From a parcel of 85-year-old vines co-planted on sandy-granite soil. Yields around 20 hl/ha. Estate certified organic. Vinification: carbonic maceration for 10 days, indigenous yeasts. In every respect, this is judicious, intelligent winemaking. Matured in barrels that have seen 5 wines and in 400-litre oak demi muids. Vintage: 2019 Varietals: 50% Grenache Noir, Gris and Blanc, as well as 50% Carignan Farming: Organic, No Added Sulfites
