70% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, 15%Mourvèdre
Organically farmed. From the lieu dit "La Moutte" this tiny production rosé is from mostly 45 year old Cinsault planted in 1970, and 10-15 year old Mourvèdre and Syrah. Cold maceration for 6 hours in the press and slow pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with occasional lees stirring.
