A virile wine built for the cellar, the 2017 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Pruliers unfurls in the glass with aromas of sweet red berries, cassis, peonies, orange rind and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, richly tannic and muscular, with a deep core of concentrated fruit, tangy acids and a long, fine-grained but firm finish.
