100% Chardonnay, 60-year-old vines over marnes a gryphees soils (clay with limestone & fossils). Indigenous yeasts fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. This Chardonnay is remarkably dense, with an intense & chalky minerality to it, yet is simultaneously very clean. A lean, citric profile balances the mineral character, making this an excellent choice for animal-tinged cheeses and rich seafood.
