From the far north of Burgundy, near Chablis. So far north, in fact, that a good part of their family grows in and makes wine in Champagne. The cooler climate plays a role in this wine remaining lighter in weight. It also offers a beautifully soft, silky texture with bright red fruit and a gentle earthiness underneath. Aging is done in both stainless steel and neutral oak so the wine retains its fresh fruitiness.
Native yeast fermentation. Lightly fined and filtered. Minimal sulfur added.
